3—Only idiots don’t rerack. RACKING YOUR WEIGHTS IS PART OF THE WORKOUT DUMBASS BITCHES. It’s called lifting. 
4-ok I drop DBs a couple of feet after flyes or presses. Those suckers are heavy! But I rerack em. 
8-lot of guys sneer at the Smith like a bike with training wheels. But it’s a great weight room tool used properly. And u r not a tool for using it. Yes, it will increase your unassisted bench, military press, and squat.
